There's not much you can find here (I got the domain name mainly for DNS reasons), but I host a SmokePing for monitoring some Greek ISP (HCN, Inalan and ΔΕΗ) upstreams that 2–3 people may find useful. More things may be coming soon™ :)
I also host a RIPE Atlas probe for HCN (AS57794). If you want to run simple measurements from it but don't have any RIPE Atlas credits, you can do so for free on Hurricane Electric.
